	VISUAL DISPLAY OF OVERDUE INVOICES A list of outstanding invoices can be displayed or printed in age of statements. Overdue invoices appear in red on the screen to highlight that fact.

	QUOTES  Invoices can have a status of “Quote”. This allows quotes to be prepared as if they were an invoice. When accepted, the status can be changed back to invoice and reprinted and sent to the customer.

	USER CHANGEABLE ACCOUNTING CATEGORIES  The user can change any of the names of the 100 expense categories or the 30 income categories. This data is entered into monthly files and saved into a Financial Year file. Creditors and Orders
Creditors will automatically log and repeat direct deductions. Handles recurring payments and ages them to let you pay on time. Orders have similar features to Invoicing with 20000 Suppliers.
