General Receipt Printer Support

Please follow the troubleshooting guide below when installing your printer:

Windows or Mac

  • DO NOT CONNECT the printer
  • Restart your computer
  • Install the software driver provided by the manufacturer
  • Now connect the printer via USB
  • Printer will be detected and you can now go ahead and setup with your POS software

Apple Bluetooth iOS

  • Please ensure you have selected the CORRECT printer supported by your POS software and device. If in doubt, contact your POS software provider or ask us.
  • DO NOT CONNECT the printer
  • Restart your iPad or Mobile Device
  • Ensure your POS software is installed correctly and supports bluetooth printing
  • Now connect the printer via bluetooth to your mobile device following the instructions from your software provide. Eg Timely, Kounta, etc
  • Printer will be detected and you can now go and print receipts
