General Receipt Printer Support
Please follow the troubleshooting guide below when installing your printer:
Windows or Mac
- DO NOT CONNECT the printer
- Restart your computer
- Install the software driver provided by the manufacturer
- Now connect the printer via USB
- Printer will be detected and you can now go ahead and setup with your POS software
Apple Bluetooth iOS
- Please ensure you have selected the CORRECT printer supported by your POS software and device. If in doubt, contact your POS software provider or ask us.
- DO NOT CONNECT the printer
- Restart your iPad or Mobile Device
- Ensure your POS software is installed correctly and supports bluetooth printing
- Now connect the printer via bluetooth to your mobile device following the instructions from your software provide. Eg Timely, Kounta, etc
- Printer will be detected and you can now go and print receipts
