General Cash Drawer Support

Cash drawer will not open?

• Have you checked the drawer is unlocked by using the key?
• Is the drawer opened via Printer? If so, is the printer setup correctly and configured to open the drawer?
• Is the receipt printer connect to the PC or mobile device correctly?
• Is the POS software setup to open the drawer? Check the setting in App or User guide.
